Refund policy

No returns are allowed on final sale, except if flaws in the end product are found, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Under normal circumstances, we do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds except in special cases where the items are found damaged. For any return, exchange or refund request an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to care@ambeauty.co. Failure to submit proper evidence in time will lead to rejection of the return, exchange or refund request.

To approve your return, write to us via WhatsApp (9529446444, 9116569999) or E-mail care@ambeauty.co within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images and an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel. We reserve the right to reject return requests without any prior notice.

Exchanges, if applicable.

Refunds, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 15 days.

Late or missing refunds, if applicable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What if the goods delivered are damaged?

Every order goes through a quality check before being shipped. If however, you receive a damaged item, we will take it case to case basis and provide the best solution. A clear and uncut unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any complaints or disputes.

Cancellations:

1. Can I cancel my order?
    Order once placed cannot be cancelled as we ship them right after the order is placed with us.
